DESCRIPTION:We are running our Online Group Courses below in partnership with professional DBS- checked Ukraine-based musicians. Lycaeum Music has consistently supported our Ukrainians staff financially\, morally\, and materially\, especially since the beginning of the war in February. To follow our activities and work in Ukraine since the war started\, please click here. \nMusic Styles: An Introduction\n\nAs featured on the BBC.\nEach session is 45 minutes.\nYoung children will be introduced to a wide variety of different musical styles.\nThey will be able to identify relevant artists\, instruments\, and practices belonging to each genre.\nRecommended for ages 5 – 7 years old.\n\nIn this exciting course we’ll take a look at different musical styles from Classical to Pop\, from Jazz to Rock\, and everything in-between! \nWe’ll put on our thinking caps and discover new instruments\, great composers and even watch a few iconic performance clips. \nThere will be some silly music games and fun facts. This course is perfect for all young children who want to travel through time on a musical journey across the ages.
