DESCRIPTION:We are running our Online Group Courses below in partnership with professional DBS- checked Ukraine-based musicians. Lycaeum Music has consistently supported our Ukrainians staff financially\, morally\, and materially\, especially since the beginning of the war in February. To follow our activities and work in Ukraine since the war started\, please click here. \nABRSM Music Theory: Grade 1\, Pt.1\nPlease Note – Music Theory Grade 1 is split into two\, 6-part courses – This is part 1. We are also running Grade 1 Pt.2 this term (sold separately). \n\nAs featured on the BBC.\nEach session is 60 minutes.\nIn these sessions we will be covering the ABRSM Music Theory Grade 1 curriculum. \nThese lessons will teach students the concepts of music theory and help them prepare for the ABRSM music theory exam. They will use the information taught to answer interactive questions\, understand tonality and harmony\, and internalize the principles underlying music and musical performance. \n\nHaving a good understanding of music theory unlocks so many doors for any young aspiring musician. In these classes we’ll be breaking down the concepts that have left so many people scratching their heads in confusion! These lessons are perfect for anyone wanting to get some extra practice in preparation for a theory exam\, or even for newcomers taking their very first steps into the world of music theory. \nPrice Part 1 ONLY: £0 (This price includes 6 x 60 minute lessons over 6 weeks). \nBundle Price: £50 (This price includes part 1 and part 2 – all 12 x 60 minute lessons.
